AI credits
AI credits are a monthly allowance for the platform's own AI. See what uses them, what happens at your limit, and how to top up or upgrade.

AI credits are a monthly allowance for the platform's own AI, and they renew monthly. Sidekick replies use them, and so does the Executive overview report, marked Uses AI credits in the New report menu of the report centre.
The badge on the AI Sidekick page shows your usage, and so does AI Sidekick credits this month under Settings › Subscriptions.
When you reach the limit
Sidekick replies and the Executive overview report pause, and a banner on the AI Sidekick page says why. To keep going before credits renew, an administrator on the main project can:

| Move to a bigger allowance | Select Upgrade plan on the banner |
| Add credits, on plans with top-up packs | Select Buy top-up pack on the banner, or under AI Sidekick Credits in Settings › Subscriptions |
Paid plans include top-up packs; see pricing. Top-up credits are added to your balance after you pay.
