Assets
Assets is your inventory of networks, identities, apps, devices and data: browse, filter, add, tag, edit, export and delete assets, and jump from an asset to its findings.
- Who can do this: Contributor · Admin
- In the app: Assets › Networks | Identities | Apps | Devices | Data
- 10 min
Assets is your inventory in five categories: Networks, Identities, Apps, Devices and Data. Scans and connected integrations add assets; add anything they miss by hand.
Browse and filter assets
- Open Assets in the sidebar and choose a category, or open the all-assets page to see every category in tabs.
- Search by name, or filter by type, lifecycle stage, tag or Asset details (type-specific attributes, such as a certificate's expiry date).
- Select Reset to clear the filters.
Add, edit, tag and delete assets
- Select Add Asset, choose a category and a type, and fill in the details.
- Select Create Asset.
A row's menu has Edit Asset, Edit Tags and Delete Asset; tick several rows to change them together. Deleting an asset also deletes the findings recorded against it. A later scan or integration sync may add the asset again.
Export assets
Select Export, then Export as CSV or Export as PDF. Paid plans include export; see pricing.
Go from an asset to its findings
A row's menu has View Findings and View Vulnerabilities, which open Exposure narrowed to that asset. Select a row to open its panel, then View Details Page for the full page, which has a Findings tab.
