Configuration checks
Configuration checks show pass and fail results for the settings in your connected cloud and identity services, and the NIST CSF controls each check supports.
In the app: Cloud posture › ChecksWho can do this: Admin on the main project
Review your checks
- Open Cloud posture › Checks and select the name of a connector.
- Search for a check or resource, then narrow by status and severity. The status filter opens on Failing.
- Expand a check to list its resources, then select one for its description, potential risk, remediation and evidence.
For Microsoft 365, the Secure Score and Licences tabs show the score in detail and how your licences are used.
Request a fix or an exception
Both requests go to Tasks › Inbox for review.
- Open a failing resource.
- To ask for a fix, choose Create proposal. Once approved, the fix is tracked in Tasks › Actions.
- To accept the risk, choose Create exception, add a reason if you want, then choose Submit exception request.
Refresh results and propose fixes in bulk
On a connector's page, Sync now collects the latest data and Derive actions proposes fixes for the failing checks.
Print or share results
In Assurance › Reports, choose New report then Configuration; see Reports.
