Actions

Actions splits into two: Proposals, the inbox where AI-drafted changes wait for a person to approve, adjust or reject; and Actions, the tracked worklist of what happens once something is approved. It's the gate most changes pass through before anything takes effect.
Typical workflow
Review proposals
Open Proposals: the inbox of AI-drafted changes waiting on you, not a finished worklist. Review each one and approve, adjust or reject it.
Work the action list
An approved proposal becomes a tracked item under Actions. Assign it, work it, mark it done.
Reject or reverse a decision
Every approval, adjustment or rejection is attributed and reversible, whether a person or an agent made it.
Easy to miss
Rejecting a proposal doesn't delete the finding or gap it came from. That stays where it was found, and a new proposal can be drafted for it later. See the reversibility answer.
