Identity exposures
Review leaked credentials and account addresses found in breaches and on the dark web, resolve them once the account is secured, and reveal a leaked password.
- Who can do this: Admin
- In the app: Exposure › Identity
- 10 min
Exposure › Identity lists leaked credentials and account addresses found in breaches and on the dark web. Each row is one leaked credential tied to one account, so you can decide whose password to reset. Filter by Severity, Breach type or Status, and open a row for the breach it came from. To look for them, run a Dark Web Discovery scan in Activity.
Resolve an exposure
Resolving needs Admin on the main project; see roles and permissions.
- Open the exposure.
- After you have secured the account, optionally enter what you did under Resolution notes, such as a password reset.
- Choose Mark resolved. To undo, open the exposure and choose Reopen.
To change several at once, tick the rows, choose Mark resolved (or Mark as open), add a shared note and confirm.
Reveal a leaked password
- Open an exposure that shows a password.
- Choose Reveal next to the masked preview.
Paid plans include Reveal; see pricing. Revealing a password is recorded in the audit log.
Reveal only when you need to
A revealed password is plaintext. Keep it out of tickets and chat, and reset the account.
