Actions
Track remediation work in the Actions list, and decide pending proposals in the Proposals inbox.

Actions › Actions lists your remediation work. Actions › Proposals lists changes your AI assistant or the platform has suggested. Approve or reject the ones still pending.
Add and track an action
- Open Actions › Actions and select Add Action.
- Enter a name, then set a priority, an assignee and a due date, and select Create.
- As work progresses, open the row, select Edit Action, change its Status, assignee or due date, and select Update.
To change several at once, tick the rows and choose Set Status, Set Priority, Edit tags or Delete selected.
Decide a proposal
- Select the pending-proposals banner on the Actions list, or open Actions › Proposals.
- Read the Rationale column.
- Select Approve or Reject. To decide several, tick them and choose Approve selected or Reject selected.
- To look for new proposals, select Propose actions or Propose risks.
An approved remediation proposal adds an action to the list, and an approved risk proposal adds a risk to the Risk register. Who can approve which proposal is in roles and permissions; what an agent can do is in Connect your AI agent.
Check deletions before you approve
Approving a deletion proposal can remove related items too, such as an asset's findings. Read the proposal before you approve.
